PPI can perform secondary operations during the run or after
for optimum part processing. Our new mold qualification procedures allow us
to ideally test new molds through a rigorous four step process. Each phase
of testing requires participation with our customer, while we bring the mold
up to optimum operation, where we then conduct final inspections and perform
Cp/CpK studies on critical dimensions. All of this is done to ensure quality
and repeatability in all future production runs.
