Preproduction Plastics Inc. (PPI) is a full service thermal plastic molder specializing in Structural Foam molding. Our modern facility accommodates all our mold making, molding, paint, finishing and assembly operations. For more than 25 years PPI has been helping customers design, produce and bring to market high quality plastic products at the most competitive price available. This successful relationship with our customers has been accomplished through our unbending attention to detail and of our firm belief that the most important service we can provide is our ability to listen and respond to our customers needs. We specialize in short to medium production runs for large plastic parts.
Our 65 employees operate within 45,000 square feet of total plant area, which covers our entire mold making, molding, part finishing and warehouse activity. This makes us unique in the industry, and positions us to give our customers the attention, quality and service they desire.

PPI uses statistical methods to determine mold and part consistency, and has an ISO 9001-2000 certified quality system that involves every employee. Our computerized IQMS Production System provides real-time scheduling and updating, allowing us to tightly monitor our molding and paint operations.
PPI has a state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system for mold design and mold making, with nine CNC machining centers and EDM capability for quick turnaround on molds. We also have nine molding machines, ranging from 100 ton to 1100 ton, with shot size up to 45lbs, allowing us to make structural foam, gas counter pressure, gas assist and injection molded parts. Our two modern paint booths help complete the production process with high quality, quick turn around response.
